Written and recorded in my cell-block dorm in China with a computer mic I distinctly remember stealing from neighbours in 1999.
Every sound was made with items to hand. Drums = a fake acoustic battered with fists/fingernails/chopsticks. Bass = aforesaid acoustic detuned to laughably subsonic levels. Cymbals = sheets of metal thrown off my balcony. Washboard = a wooden ruler dragged over a radiator grille. Shaker = a much-abused tin of paperclips.
The voice, alas, is all mine.
